Nutella Peanut Butter Cookies

When you find a cookie this AMAZING, you realize it just has to be shared.

Neighbors, friends, kids and spouses will sing your praises for days or even weeks once they bite into the perfect balance of soft and crunch of this cookie.

Of course the combination of Nutella and Peanut Butter are already a proven dynamic duo.  Our family enjoys this combination in smoothies, syrups, brownies and cakes.  Why not a cookie too?

A bigger note of importance for me, no wheat!

I made a batch of these and within minutes they were gone, like a speeding bullet they vanished into thin air.

Let me know in the comments below how your family enjoyed these cookies.

Recipe:  Nutella Peanut Butter Cookies
recipe adapted from

1 egg
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of milk
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of Nutella
3/4 cup of Old Fashion Oats, not cooked
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium size mixing bowl or a table mixer, mix until smooth: egg, brown sugar, milk, peanut butter and Nutella.

Add the salt, baking soda and oats. Stir well.

Use a cookie scoop and drop cookies every two inches onto to parchment paper.

Bake for 8 minutes.

Cool cookies for 2 minutes on cookie sheet and transfer to cookie rack.

  1. I LOVE both of these major ingredients...Nutella AND PB! I am making these soon...not soon enough, cause I'd love a few with my coffee this morning! SO glad you shared.

  2. I'm dying. These are insane. They look so so sooooo good! NUTELLA & PEANUT BUTTER-YAYYYY!

  3. These look fantastic! My girls would adore these because they LOVE Nutella and peanut butter. Like the rest of the world! What an awesome combination.

  4. Two of my favorite things combined in a cookie...this sounds like the PERFECT combo! I will definitely be testing them out, thanks!:-)

  5. Sherron, these sound fabulous, especially now that I'm a Nutella convert. Can't wait to give this recipe a try. I'm featuring you at this week's Thursday's treasures. Thanks for sharing, pinned.

    1. Thank you Joan! I am excited to hear that. Enjoy every cookie because I know you won't be able to stop at just one…LOL

  6. CAUTION: Debbie downer comment to follow: I won't buy Nutella anymore....too much sugar....instead I purchase Justin's all natural hazelnut chocolate butter. It has a significant amount of protein and a fabulous texture! I <3 it! Anyways. I also have a peanut allergy. Any thoughts as to off I could use JUST this in place of the COMBO?

    1. Oops, IF! I ask bc it costs at least twice as much as Nutella! (If I remember correctly!) I haven't purchased it lately bc it has been a difficult time convincing my teenager that she shouldn't eat the sugary concoction!

  7. These are really tasty but 8 minutes wasn't adequate bake time for me. I baked the second pan at 325F convection for 12 minutes and they came out perfect. My first pan I kinda scraped off the parchment and I'm still hoping they'll dry out. :-)
