184. Bell Pepper Quiche

The great thing about making a quiche is that the flavor combinations are endless.  The filling can be made up of different cheeses, meats and veggies AND you can even get creative with the vessel you cook it in.   I have used a bell pepper to offer that extra "WOW" factor.  This is a great way to offer a custom quiche to each of your guest.
