Bread on a STICK


When we lived in Utah we often would visit a delicious pizza and pasta place named Pizza Factory.  They had a fantastic salad bar, yummy pizza and amazing pasta sauces BUT what we really loved were their breadsticks…they are amazing!

I found this recipe from Purple Chocolate Home and made them about 2 weeks ago.  I think we found another family favorite.  I will let you in on a little secret…butter the breadsticks but make enough of the buttery spread to dip your warm breadsticks in…OH MY GOODNESS…it's beyond yummilicious!

I followed the recipe to a tee.  When loading your dough on to the sticks, keep the dough close to the stick .  If you leave any drooping, as the dough rises, it weighs them down.  They still taste good just look a little odd when baked.  LOL
